The format of the schedule is as follows: 

- Each Team plays the teams in their division twice.
- Each team plays every other team once.

The seeding format is as follows:

- Enter  North, South, East, West 
- Last years record used as the seeding for each division,  using first place to last place.
- Seeding order was decided by the Colonel with no previous knowledge of what schedule program would be used. It will run from year to year and not be change.

I attempted in vain to make the divisional games at the beginning and end of the season. It is NOT mathematically possible to do this.

Since I spent about 8 hours trying to figure this freakin' thing out by hand before I found a nice java site, I made the schedule as easy as possible for my team. I checked it out with the Colonel first and for $50.00 he agreed that I should have the easiest schedule.
