Proving " The Puppet Master" Sauer's adage the "No one EVER gets better by trading with WoWW," The Storm, Crushers and Onslugs locked up division titles last week as well as bids to The Champs Bowl. Congrats are in order. The Lightning and The Maulers have secured births to The Sauer Memorial Bowl and The Nukers have a Lock on the 2002 Bridesmaids. But the rest of the spots are still wide open and could be decided this week.

On to week 12

Nukers (6-5) vs. Lightning (2-9)
Not many teams have had their ass handed to them by The Maulers this year, but last week The Lightning was able to accomplish that feat with gusto perhaps they will use that this week as motivation as they start preparing for the Sauer Memorial. The Nukers lose the arm of Marc Bulger and have brought Kordel Stewart back into the fold to see if he can help them over the next couple week. Granted I'm a card carrying Kordel basher, but good thing for The Nukers the playoffs are this week and they have time to see if he can still play. Either way, their line up is otherwise solid and should be able to eek out a win regardless of QB play

Sharks (5-6) vs. WoWW (5-6)
All things considered the winner of this Games "should" go to the Bridesmaids bowl. However if the Sharks win some odd things could happen to let WoWW back in the hunt Week 13, but it would be unlikely. It would also be unlikely that The Sharks would win, considering their history playing WoWW and the questionable line-up that it looks like they will submit for week 12. Kitna over Cullpepper? Antowain Smith and Zerowe over Ahmann Green? An injured Booker over Horn. Even Wychek over McMicheal. Either the Sharks are panicking, gone insane, or are trying to get into the Sauer Memorial in the spirit in which it was intended…Tanking it. Either way, if they win with that lineup, they deserve it. But……..

Crushers (8-3) vs. Onslaught (7-4)
Two teams with locked up births to The Champ Bowl. Will they rest their starters or not show anything for a possible rematch? Either way go with The Crushers, because the South rarely loses to The Least…..er East.

Cougars (3-8) vs. Panthers (5-6)
Battle for Dog Patch - Part Deux.. Look out, and lock up your livestock the moonshine will be a flowin' in Penisville this week. The Panthers need a win to get a second straight bid to The Bridesmaids bowl and the way the Cougars have been playing lately I have no reason to doubt The Panthers will accomplish that goal.

Storm (8-3) vs. Maulers (3-8)
The Storm Locked up The Worst …err West Division Title last week but paid a heavy price losing McNabb for the season. And with Faulk hurt it looks like the 4 Horseman wont gallop into the playoffs, but limp. Remember this fact: The Highest scoring team in the league, has NEVER won the title. The Maulers are treating this week as their super bowl, calling it "Knock that Bastard off his bar stool week". Col. Piro has even replaced all the blocking dummies with "fat bastards on bar stools," to help motivate the troops. When interviewed on the appropriateness of such a training device The Col. quipped, "Is it Politically Correct? No. Did some Fat Bastards get hurt when my line knocked them off their stools? Hell yeah, but I laughed my ass off." (Man that must have been a BIIIIIGG freakin' laugh). Anyway I think with that motivation and the injury situation of The Storm, this might be the best chance The Maulers have to beat the Storm for the next decade.

-= Game of the Week =-
Knight (7-4) vs. Magic (7-4)
This game WILL decide The North, it doesn't get any bigger of a game than that. For two seasons now the Knights have had NUMEROUS opportunities to knock The Magic off their perch, and they haven't been able to close the deal yet. This week they get the opportunity again, but JUST when you thought The Magic were done, they get Warner back for the biggest game of the year. Not only that but The Magic has creampuff match ups (Alexander @ KC, Taylor @ Dal, Warner @ Wash) While the Knights match ups look like they were made in Hell itself, (Dillon @ Pitt, Farve @ TB, Tomlinson @ MIA). History says The Magic win these types of games, and The Knights lose these types of games. The Match ups say The Magic should win this game. Everything points to a Three-peat for The Magic, except my gut tells me The Knights are finally due AND The CBS Comm Guru! Go Knights!

Knights 70 Magic 69

Good luck to all
